2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash ground red pepper
1 dash salt
1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 16 ounce can of crushed pineapple (reserve the liquid)
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/3 cup bell pepper
1/3 cup onion
1/2 cup walnuts

Steps:

  • Take walnuts and chop in food processor. Remove and set aside. Place bell pepper and onion in processor until finely chopped. Place pineapple in processor and chop until finely chopped. Add 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Put softened cream cheese in processor with bell pepper, onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1/2 the mixture of chopped walnuts. Blend thoroughly. Remove and shape into a ball put remainder of walnuts on top of ball. Refridgerate 1 hour until chilled.
