Steps:
- Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil. Mix in cake meal and cocoa. Add nuts (or use the nuts as a topping).
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 35 minutes. The secret to moist brownies, Pesach or otherwise, is to underbake them. Check them at 30 minutes. I also put nuts on top rather than in the brownies for two reasons: They make the top look good without having to frost them and, for those who don 't or can't eat nuts, they are easily removed without having to search for them.

Tips:
- Always use a digital kitchen scale to measure ingredients for baking. This will ensure accuracy and consistent results.
- Make sure all of your ingredients are at room temperature before starting to bake. This will help the ingredients to mix together more easily and evenly.
- Preheat your oven to the correct temperature before baking. This will help the cake to rise properly and prevent it from being underbaked or overbaked.
- Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can cause the cake to be tough and dense. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the cake in the center of the oven. This will help the cake to bake evenly.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting or serving. This will help the cake to set properly.
