9 tablespoons Passover margarine or butter
2/3 cup superfine sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
4 organic free-range eggs
2/3 cup cake meal

Tips:

  • Always use high-quality ingredients, especially the chocolate. A good chocolate will make all the difference in the flavor of the cake.
  • Make sure the butter and eggs are at room temperature before you start baking. This will help them to blend together more smoothly and create a more even cake.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cake tough and dense.
