Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Chill and serve.
Tips:
- Choose ripe, juicy peaches: The quality of your peaches will greatly impact the flavor of your salad. Look for peaches that are fragrant, have a deep yellow or orange color, and give slightly when you press them gently.
- Use fresh cottage cheese: Fresh cottage cheese will give your salad a creamier, more flavorful texture. If you only have access to store-bought cottage cheese, be sure to drain it well before using it in your salad.
- Add some crunch: For a more interesting texture, add some chopped nuts, seeds, or granola to your salad. This will also help to balance out the sweetness of the peaches and cottage cheese.
- Make it a main course: This salad can easily be turned into a main course by adding some grilled chicken, salmon, or tofu. This will make it a more filling and satisfying meal.
- Experiment with different flavors: There are many ways to customize this salad to your liking. Try adding some fresh herbs, spices, or even a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
