Tips:

  • Use creamy or chunky peanut butter, depending on your preference. If you like a more pronounced peanut flavor, opt for natural peanut butter. For a sweeter treat, use sweetened peanut butter.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the sugar syrup by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If the syrup forms a soft ball, it is ready.
  • Be careful not to overcook the sugar syrup. If it gets too hot, it will become hard and brittle.
  • Be careful when mixing in the peanuts and vanilla extract. If you stir too vigorously, the mixture will become crumbly.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the peanut butter clusters from sticking.
  • Allow the peanut butter clusters to cool completely before enjoying them. This will help them to firm up and hold their shape.
  • Store the peanut butter clusters in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

Peanut butter clusters are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a tasty snack that the whole family will love.
