Hi, I think this is the easiest and best peanut butter fudge ever! It is smooth and it is kinda on the softer side, but it is wonderful. I prefer to spread it out onto a greased cookie sheet for easier cutting.

1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Melt in a large sauce pan the butter and peanut butter.
  • Cook and stir until all is smooth and melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Beat in the powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 cups walnuts if desired.
  • Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan or a greased cookie sheet.
  • Put into the refrigerater, cut when set (if you can wait that long).

1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons hershey's cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 lb butter

Steps:

  • Melt butter, let cool. Mix peanut butter, vanilla and butter by hand. Add cocoa, add 10x sugar, mix well by hand. Place in a square pan. In 15 minutes its ready! Cut into squares and enjoy~.

  • Add pinch of baking soda.

I found this recipe on a message board a while back. I saved it and thought it would be a nice recipe to share. It was proclaimed the BEST Pb pie! I never made this, but it sounds very, very rich. You may coat the top in the fudge sauce or just drizzle. 8)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (16 ounce) package Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust
fudge syrup or fudge sauce

  • Blend mixture well.
