unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup onion, chopped
paprika

  • Drain fillets on paper towels.
  • Dip both sides of fish in crumbs.
  • Arrange in greased shallow baking dish.
