1 cup butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed pistachios
½ cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a large bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract.

1 cup butter, softened
½ cup shortening
½ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 ½ cups chopped pistachio nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. 1 cup butter, softened
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, pudding mix and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle., Roll dough into 1-in. balls. 2 teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour mixture until blended. Do not overmix. By hand, mix in pistachio pudding mix, chocolate chips and nuts (optional).

2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
⅓ cup confectioners' sugar for decoration

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.

  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookies are set. Remove from the baking sheet to cool on wire racks. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
