2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

1 pound ground lamb or pork
4 pita breads, halved

Steps:

  • For the cucumber sauce, line a fine mesh strainer with two layers of cheesecloth. Place yogurt in strainer over a large bowl. 8 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
