  • In a small heavy skillet cook the bell pepper in the oil over moderate heat stirring until it is softened and let it cool. 2 pkg pita bread, 6-count (any type)
olive oil to brush on
coarse sea salt
cake cooling racks that will fit over a cookie pan

  • 1. To make baked pita triangles, cut the bread into fourths using a pizza cutter. You should be able to do 4-6 at a time, stacked. Spread triangles out on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
