1 cup uncooked white rice
3 cups chicken broth, divided
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pork chop, diced
2 zucchini, diced
3 green onions, chopped
2 sprigs chopped fresh rosemary
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons plus 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 medium onions, sliced
1/4 cup warm water
3 medium zucchini (about 1 pound), sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • In a shallow dish, combine the flour, 2 tablespoons cheese, salt, dill and pepper. Dip pork chops in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess., In a large skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil. Top with onions; add water. Bring to a boil. 1 small onion, chopped

1 lb. boneless pork sirloin chops (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/2 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup uncooked white rice (I use Jasmine)
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded )

Steps:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the pork with the garlic and onions, until the pork is browned and the onions are tender (about 5 to 7 minutes).
