Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops. Look for bone-in, center-cut pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. Avoid pork chops that are too thin, as they will dry out more easily.
  • Season the pork chops generously. Use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. You can also add other herbs and spices to your liking.
  • Sear the pork chops over medium-high heat. This will create a nice crust on the outside of the chops and help to keep them juicy on the inside.
  • Reduce the heat to low and cook the pork chops until they are cooked through. The internal temperature of the chops should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit. You can use a meat thermometer to check the temperature.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the chops and make them more tender.
  • Serve the pork chops over stuffing, mashed potatoes, or rice. You can also add a side of vegetables or salad.

Pork chops over stuffing is a simple but delicious dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple tips, you can make sure that your pork chops are juicy and flavorful every time.
