1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

5 1/3 ounces packages graham crackers
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Seperate each cracker into four sections.
  • Arrange in a jellyroll pan with edges touching.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in sugar and pecans.
  • Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Spread mixture evenly over graham crackers.
  • Bake at 300 for 12 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and cool on wax paper.

  • 3. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in sugar and pecans. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  • 4. Spread mixture over graham crackers and bake at 300-degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wax paper.
  • 5. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
