Tips:

- Choose the right cut of chicken: Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts work best in this recipe. The bones and skin help to keep the chicken moist and flavorful during cooking. - Use a good quality barbecue sauce: The barbecue sauce is the star of this dish, so make sure to choose one that you love. There are many different types of barbecue sauces available, so you can find one that suits your taste. - Don't overcrowd the pressure cooker: Make sure to leave some space between the chicken pieces so that they can cook evenly. If you overcrowd the pressure cooker, the chicken will not cook properly. - Let the chicken rest before serving: After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.

Whether you're serving it with rice, potatoes, or vegetables, this dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
