4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Sugar
12 Gingersnap Cookies
