- In an electric mixer or using a hand beater, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add coconut oil and eggs 1 at a time. - For the topping, beat cream in a bowl with an electric mixer until it just holds stiff peaks. Spread cream over cooled pie; garnish with lime slices. Serve immediately.
