1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar

Some Essential Cooking Hacks:

  • Wilt Vegetables In Dressing: Before adding broccoli and other veggies, wilt them in a creamy homemade or store-bought ranch. This amp up the veggie taste and softens their texture.
  • Bacon Bits Are Your Bestfriend: Crispy bacon is delectable, especially paired with creamy and crunchy. You can make your bacon in advance or just use store-bought bacon if you're short on time.
  • Use High-quality Ingredients: Good ingredients make for a good dish. Try to use fresh, high-quality ingredients like crisp broccoli and crunchy bacon and fresh herbs.
  • Add Pasta Or Not: You'll need one box of ramen noodles for this, but if you want to make it a gluten-free option, leave it out, or compensate with more broccoli or add chicken strips or ham.
  • Make It In Advance: Ramen Noodle Broccoli Salad is best when made ahead of time. This gives the flavors a chance to meld and the noodles a chance to soak up all of that delicious ranch seasoning.

Conclusion:

This Ramen Noodle Broccoli Salad is a creamy, crunchy, and full-of-flavor dish perfect for any occasion. It's so easy to make and can be tailored to your taste. Once you have the basic recipe down, feel free to add or omit ingredients. Make it spicy with some red chili flakes and crushed red peppers, or add some sweetness with some raisins and cranberries. The options are limitless!
