CHOCOLATE RAMEN COOKIES

CHOCOLATE RAMEN COOKIES image

Categories     Cookies     Chocolate     Dessert     Kid-Friendly

Yield 3

Number Of Ingredients 3

Chocolate 4 regular sized bars
Peanut butter (smooth or chunky),
Ramen (any flavor 2 packs)

Steps:

  • (1)Break up your noodles until they're roughly the size of a cold breakfast cereal. (2)add the peanut butter until you get a consistancy you like. Less PB would result in a drier, but crunchier product. (3) use your hands (or a wooden spoon) to mix in a bowl (4) Put the bowl into the freezer for 30-60 min (5)shape them into balls (or lumps) on a sheet of wax paper and return them to the freezer (6)While the lumps are in the freezer microwave the chocolate bars until they melt completely. (7)roll the lumps in the melted chocolate, set back into the freezer until the chocolate has hardened. (8)Once the chocolate has melted take the cookies out and serve chilled.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the cookies will taste. This is especially true for the ramen noodles, which can quickly become stale.
  • Don't overcook the ramen noodles: Ramen noodles are very thin and can easily overcook. Be sure to cook them according to the package directions, or slightly undercook them.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before eating them: The cookies will be very soft when they first come out of the oven. Let them cool completely on a wire rack so that they can firm up.
  • Store the cookies in an airtight container: The cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the cookies for up to 2 months.

Conclusion:

Ramen noodle cookies are a fun and easy treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They're perfect for a quick snack or dessert, and they can also be used to make ice cream sandwiches or other treats. With so many different variations to choose from, there's sure to be a ramen noodle cookie recipe that everyone will love.
