Tips:

- Use fresh raspberries for optimal flavor and texture. If using frozen raspberries, thaw them and drain excess liquid before adding them to the streusel topping. - To achieve a moist and tender coffee cake, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. This will help incorporate air into the batter, resulting in a more delicate crumb. - For a streusel topping with a crispy texture, use a combination of brown sugar and granulated sugar. The brown sugar will provide a slightly caramelized flavor, while the granulated sugar will help create a crunchy topping. - To prevent the streusel topping from becoming too dry, add a small amount of flour to the mixture. This will help absorb any excess moisture and keep the topping from becoming crumbly. - Bake the coffee cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will result in a dry and dense cake. - Let the coffee cake cool completely before glazing. This will help the glaze set properly and prevent it from becoming runny.

Conclusion:

This raspberry streusel coffee cake is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its moist and tender crumb, sweet raspberry filling, and crispy streusel topping, this coffee cake is sure to be a hit. Whether you are enjoying it for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, this raspberry streusel coffee cake is sure to please everyone.
