2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Zest of 1 lime

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon roasted peanuts, chopped
1/4 Thai bird chile, sliced into rings

8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 big fat tablespoon Thai red curry paste
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
