This is my version of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I think they have more flavor than the restaurant's. I won a recipe contest in our local newspaper with these biscuits. Everyone who tries them ALWAYS ask for the recipe.

  • Grate the cheese finely. This will help it to distribute evenly throughout the biscuits.
  • Do not overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the biscuits tough.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the biscuits to hold their shape.
