Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom and sides of an 8-inch pan with aluminum foil, allowing 2 to 3 inches to extend over sides; lightly grease foil.
- Microwave chocolate squares and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring at 30-second intervals. Whisk in granulated and brown sugars. Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking just until blended after each addition. Whisk in flour, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 44 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely on a wire rack (about 1 hour). Lift brownies from pan, using foil sides as handles. Gently remove foil, and cut brownies into 16 squares.
Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your brownies. Look for chocolate that is at least 70% cacao.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the brownies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the brownies in a preheated oven. This will help them to rise evenly.
- Don't overbake the brownies. Overbaking will make them dry. The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
Conclusion:
These Reed's Slap Yo' Momma Brownies are so good, they'll make you want to slap your momma! They're fudgy, chocolatey, and have the perfect amount of chewiness. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make these delicious brownies at home. So what are you waiting for? Give this recipe a try today!
