- Puree red peppers, tomatoes, oregano, cayenne, wine, and oil in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 7 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer bacon to plate lined with paper towels.
