1 dark chocolate candy bar with almonds
3/4 c mini marshmallows, divided
1 qt rocky road ice cream
whipped cream in a can

Steps:

Break remaining chocolate into pieces. Sprinkle choc. pieces and remaining marshmallows over tops. Garnish with whipped cream.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your rocky road banana split will be.
  • Freeze your bananas ahead of time: This will make them easier to blend and will help to create a creamier texture.
  • Use a high-powered blender: This will help to ensure that your banana split is smooth and creamy.
  • Don't over-blend your banana split: You want it to be thick and creamy, but not too smooth.
  • Add your favorite toppings: Classic rocky road toppings include chocolate chips, marshmallows, and walnuts, but you can also get creative and add other toppings like peanuts, butterscotch chips, or caramel sauce.
