CHICKEN AND STUFFING BAKE

Chicken and Stuffing Bake image

Oh My, this is Good!! My family liked this one! It reminded us of a Thanksgiving Dinner. A rotisserie chicken makes this casserole easier. Stove Top Stuffing with lower sodium is best to use. Juicy delicious and don't forget the cranberry sauce as a side!

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use a flavorful rotisserie chicken. Look for one that has been seasoned with herbs and spices.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of stuffing. You can use a classic bread stuffing, a cornbread stuffing, or even a wild rice stuffing.
  • If you're short on time, you can use store-bought stuffing mix. Just be sure to follow the package directions carefully.
  • To make the casserole extra creamy, add a cup of cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup.
  • Top the casserole with a layer of shredded cheese before baking. This will help to brown the top of the casserole and give it a nice crispy texture.
  • Serve the casserole hot with a side of your favorite vegetables.

Conclusion:

Rotisserie chicken and stuffing casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make comfort food dish. It's perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a flavorful and satisfying casserole that the whole family will love.
