1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
⅔ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
2 cups salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Stir cake mix, 1/3 cup melted butter, and egg together in bowl. Press mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and fragrant, about 15 minutes. Spread marshmallows over crust and return to oven. Bake until marshmallows are melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, and vanilla extract together in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir crispy rice cereal and peanuts into corn syrup mixture. Number Of Ingredients 5

4 tablespoons butter or margerine
1 12 oz. package peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 10oz. package miniature marshmellws
1 16oz. jar of dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Add, margarine, peanut butter and chips to a medium sauce pan and heat until ingredients have melted together. Stir as they are melting to combine evenly. Remove from heat and add the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well blended. Then stir the miniature marshmallows into the mixture.
  • 2. Divide the jar of roasted peanuts into thirds, and evenly spread 1/3 on bottom of of the baking pan, Stir 1/3 into the mixture above. Spread mixture on top of the peanuts in the bottom of baking pan, Carefully press mixture evenly into the pan. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top. After they are evenly distributed, press them slightly into the bar mixture so they stick to the bars.
  • 3. Place into the refrigerator to store. To serve cut into bars. Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) can salted mixed nuts or 1 (12 ounce) can peanuts
6 -12 ounces butterscotch chips
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • To make crust:.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Butter 9x13-in pan. Set aside. In large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter and salt. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat into bottom of prepared pan. Bake crust for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. (leave oven on).
  • To make topping:.
  • Meanwhile, combine chips, corn syrup and butter in saucepan. Melt ingredients over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add vanilla.
  • To assemble:.
  • Remove crust from oven. Sprinkle with nuts. Pour topping over nuts. Bake 10 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm.
  • *Note.
  • Use 6 oz. butterscotch for lighter flavor; use 12 oz for a richer taste.

1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups salted mixed nuts or peanuts
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in 1/2 cup butter, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until evenly mixed. Press evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Bake 15 minutes; cool slightly.
  • Cut up any large nuts. Sprinkle nuts evenly over crust. In 1-quart saucepan, heat all remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until chips are melted. 3 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp salt
1 c butter, softened
2 c mixed nuts
1 c corn syrup, light
4 Tbsp butter, room temperature
12 oz butterscotch chips
2 Tbsp water

Steps:

  • 1. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and 1 cup of butter. Blend well. Press into an ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes.
  • 2. Remove from oven and sprinkle nuts over crust. set aside.
  • 3. Combine syrup, butter, water and butterscotch chips in pan, Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over nuts. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more. Cool. and cut into bars. enjoy. xoxoxo
