1 lb thinly sliced prosciutto
1/4 cup butter
1 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaf
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon cornstarch
water, as needed

  • In a small bowl, combine the oil and garlic and mix together; brush mixture onto each chicken piece.
