Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the grape tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Place the tomatoes on the baking sheet and cook until skins turn a rich golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the chicken stock over low heat. Add the noodles to a large skillet over medium heat, and pour in 1 ladleful of hot stock. Stir to prevent the noodles from sticking together as the stock cooks off. Once the noodles have absorbed all of the stock, add another 1 cup stock. Continue to stir and add the remaining stock 1 cup at a time, waiting until each addition is absorbed before adding more. Once all the stock has been absorbed, stir in the cheese and toss with the roasted tomatoes and their pan drippings. Serve hot.

Tips:
- Choose ripe, flavorful tomatoes: Look for tomatoes that are deep red in color and have a slight give when you gently squeeze them. Avoid tomatoes that are green or have bruises or blemishes.
- Use a variety of grape colors: Red, green, and black grapes all add different flavors and textures to the dish. If you can find them, try using a mix of all three colors.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When sautéing the tomatoes and grapes, make sure to give them enough room in the pan so that they can cook evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the vegetables will steam instead of sautéing.
- Season to taste: The amount of salt, pepper, and garlic you add to the dish will depend on your personal preferences. Start with a small amount of each and then add more to taste.
- Serve immediately: Sautéed tomatoes and grapes are best served immediately, while they are still warm and flavorful. They can be served as a side dish or as part of a main course.
Conclusion:
Sautéed tomatoes and grapes is a quick and easy dish that is packed with flavor. It is a great way to use up fresh tomatoes and grapes, and it can be served as a side dish or as part of a main course. With its vibrant colors and delicious flavors, this dish is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.
