1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh spinach
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Place potatoes in a large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, until tender, 8-12 minutes. 1/2 cup parsley, snipped
3 spring onions, sliced
2 cups whipping cream

⅓ cup milk
