Tips:
- Choose fresh and high-quality ingredients. The fresher the seafood, the better the dish will taste. Look for plump and firm shrimp and sea bass with bright, clear eyes.
- Marinate the seafood for at least 30 minutes. This will help to infuse the fish and shrimp with flavor and make them more tender.
- Use a hot grill or pan to cook the seafood. This will help to sear the outside of the fish and shrimp, while keeping the inside moist and juicy.
- Do not overcook the seafood. Seafood cooks quickly, so it is important to keep an eye on it to prevent it from becoming dry and tough.
- Serve the seafood immediately. Seafood is best served hot off the grill or pan, with a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of cilantro.
Conclusion:
This recipe for sea bass and shrimp marinated in lime juice is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy seafood. The marinade infuses the fish and shrimp with flavor, while the hot grill or pan sears the outside and keeps the inside moist and juicy. Serve this dish with a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of cilantro for a truly unforgettable meal.
