Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh sea bass or tuna steaks. Frozen fish can be used, but it will not have the same flavor and texture as fresh fish.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can cook the fish in a skillet over medium heat. Just be sure to grease the skillet well so the fish doesn't stick.
  • The orange salsa is a great way to add a pop of flavor to the fish. If you don't have oranges, you can use other citrus fruits, such as grapefruits or lemons.
  • If you don't have cilantro, you can use another herb, such as parsley or basil.
  • Serve the fish with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or salad.

Conclusion:

These sea bass or tuna steaks with orange salsa are a delicious and healthy meal that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. The fish is cooked to perfection and the orange salsa adds a bright and refreshing flavor. This dish is sure to please everyone at your table.
