If you like seafood, this is the quiche for you! Serve it with a mixed fruit salad or a green salad and a glass of good white wine! Originally from an old cookbook of mine. I especially like the fact that it makes two quiches- one to eat and one to freeze for later!

Tips:

  • Use a variety of seafood. This will give your quiche a more complex and interesting flavor. You can use any type of seafood you like, such as shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops, or salmon.
  • Don't overcook the seafood. Seafood cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become tough and rubbery.
  • Use a good quality cheese. The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in a quiche, so make sure to use a good quality cheese that you enjoy the taste of.
  • Add some herbs and spices. Herbs and spices can help to enhance the flavor of your quiche. Some good options include thyme, basil, oregano, garlic, and onion powder.
  • Serve your quiche warm. Quiche is best served warm, so make sure to reheat it before serving if you have made it ahead of time.

Conclusion:

Seafood quiche is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is a great way to use up leftover seafood, and it is also a perfect dish to serve at a party or potluck.
