Tips:
- Use fresh cornmeal for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh cornmeal, you can use store-bought cornmeal, but make sure it is finely ground.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the muffins tough.
- Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full. If you fill them too full, the muffins will overflow.
- Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This usually takes about 20 minutes.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve the muffins warm or at room temperature. They are delicious on their own or with butter, honey, or preserves.
Conclusion:
Sesame raised cornmeal muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or snack. They are perfect for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or for packing in lunches. These muffins are also a great way to use up leftover cornmeal. With their slightly sweet and savory flavor, these muffins are sure to be a hit with everyone.
