- Preheat oven to 350°; butter a 2 quart casserole and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, bring the broth to a boil; add in the orzo; decrease heat to low; cover, and cook until all the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

- Add the shrimp and peas and stir gently just to mix the shrimp and peas into the orzo.
- Spread the sour cream evenly over the top; sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake about 25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Tips:
- Use flavorful ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Choose succulent shrimp, fresh peas, and aromatic herbs.
- Cook the orzo al dente: Orzo should have a slight bite to it, so don't overcook it. Cook it according to the package instructions or until it is tender but still firm.
- Season generously: Don't be afraid to season your dish with salt and pepper. You can also add other spices and herbs, such as garlic, onion, paprika, or thyme, to taste.
- Add some acidity: A squeeze of lemon juice or a splash of white wine can brighten up the flavors in this dish. You could also add a dollop of creamy pesto to give your orzo a more creamy and flavorful taste.
- Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately, while the orzo is still hot and the shrimp are succulent. Garnish with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for an extra touch of flavor.
