1/4 cup sugar
1 vanilla bean or 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 cup flour or self rising flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Align cookie sheet with parchment or foil paper, coat with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the coconut flakes , eggs, and sugar.
