2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger root, minced

  • Use fresh ginger and garlic: Fresh ginger and garlic add a ton of flavor to this dish, so don't skimp on them. If you don't have fresh ginger or garlic on hand, you can use ground ginger and garlic powder, but the flavor won't be as good.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When you're cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly and will make it more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Cook the chicken until it's cooked through: Be sure to cook the chicken until it's cooked through before adding the sauce. This will help to ensure that the chicken is safe to eat.
  • Use a good quality soy sauce: The soy sauce you use will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish. Choose a good quality soy sauce that has a rich, umami flavor.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it's made. The chicken will be crispy and the sauce will be flavorful.

This skillet ginger sesame chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken is crispy and flavorful, and the sauce is sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy. It's sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
