1/3 cup canola oil
1 large egg, room temperature
1 cup buttermilk
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

175ml self-raising flour

2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsalted butter
