1 lb ground beef, browned and drained.
1 can(s) (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg (12 ounces) frozen cut green beans
1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can(s) (2 ounces) french-fried onion rings
4 c (30 ounces) bag frozen country style shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 c shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Stir in soup, milk, pepper, half of onions, garlic powder with browned and drained ground beef.
  • 2. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer potatoes and green beans in cooker. Top with beef mixture; spread evenly.

5 small potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, or 1 1/2 cups of homemade cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, we used cheddar but any kind would be great too

Steps:

  • Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, brown your ground beef and onions. drain and place 1/2 of the mixture in the slow cooker.
  • Add 1/2 of the sliced potatoes on top of the beef mixture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper(s) to taste. Mix well and add 1/2 of the mixture to the slow cooker on top of the potatoes.

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 cup water
