1 Cup Marshmallow Fluff
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter, or crunchy
15 Fun Size SNICKERS - chopped

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Lay 2 long strips of plastic wrap in a criss cross pattern. Transfer cream cheese mixture to center of plastic wrap. Bring up all sides of plastic wrap, cover, tighten and gently form into a ball shape. Refrigerate 4+ hours or until firm.
  • Unwrap cheese ball, press chopped SNICKERS onto the bottom and place onto a platter. Gently press remaining SNICKERS onto cheese ball until completely covered. Refrigerate until served.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup cream or milk
2 packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup thick caramel sauce
1 cup finely chopped peanuts (divided)
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (divided)

Steps:

  • Add peanut butter, chocolate chips and cream to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth (this should take about 45-50 seconds).
  • Add in the cream cheese and beat until smooth and combined.
  • Add in the sugar and caramel sauce and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup peanuts and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Wrap in plastic wrap and press into a ball. Refrigerate until set (to make ahead, wrap well and freeze at this point up to 3 months).

20 chocolate wafer cookies, finely ground
¼ cup butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
½ cup caramel chips, divided
¼ cup chopped peanuts, divided
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 ½ cups white sugar
¾ cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
16 mini chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy bars (such as Snickers®), divided
1 (7 ounce) can whipped cream
¼ cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1/4 cup cocoa
4 Snickers candy bars (cut in 1/2 cm or 1/8th inch pieces)
