Tips for the Perfect Southern One-Cup Peach Cobbler

- **Use fresh or frozen peaches.** If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them. If using frozen peaches, thaw them completely before using. Using cans of peaches is not recommended. - **Don't overmix the batter.** Overmixing will make the cobbler tough. Just mix until the ingredients are combined. - **Don't overcook the cobbler.** The cobbler is done when the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. Overcooking will make the cobbler dry. - **Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.** This will help to enhance the flavor of the cobbler.

Conclusion

The Southern One-Cup Peach Cobbler is a classic Southern dessert that is easy to make and always a hit.
