Number Of Ingredients 3

1/4 cup liquid from Poached Peaches for Peach Fizz Cooler
1/2 cup Club Soda
Lime wedge

Steps:

  • Fill an 8-ounce glass with ice. Add poaching liquid and seltzer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe peaches: Use peaches that are fully ripe and fragrant. This will ensure the best flavor in your fizz.
  • Use fresh mint: Fresh mint adds a refreshing flavor to the fizz. If you don't have fresh mint, you can use dried mint, but it won't be as flavorful.
  • Chill the ingredients: Chilling the ingredients before making the fizz will help it stay cold and refreshing. You can also chill the glasses before serving.
  • Add a splash of lemon juice: A splash of lemon juice adds a bit of tartness to the fizz and helps to balance out the sweetness of the peaches.
  • Serve immediately: Southern Peach Fizz is best served immediately after it is made. This will ensure that it is cold and refreshing.

Southern Peach Fizz is a delicious and refreshing drink that is perfect for summer. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With its sweet and tart flavor, Southern Peach Fizz is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
