1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green bell pepper
1 can(s) tomato soup
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
7 oz cooked spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain and return to skillet.
  • 2. Add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup and garlic to skillet mixture. Heat through. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and stir till melted and blended thoroughly.
