1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green bell pepper
1 can(s) tomato soup
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
7 oz cooked spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain and return to skillet.
  • 2. Add tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup and garlic to skillet mixture. Heat through. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and stir till melted and blended thoroughly.
  • 3. Combine skillet mixture with cooked spaghetti until blended thoroughly. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Should be bubbly when time is up.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cream of mushroom soup
1 tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb spaghetti, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper, drain. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can tomato soup. Add water and garlic, stir and heat thoroughly. Blend in 1/2 cup cheddar and spaghetti and put in casserole. Top with 1 cup of chees. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
