½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 pounds flat iron steaks

Steps:

1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing, divided
1/3 cup sour cream
4 1/2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 teaspoon course black pepper

1 large onion, thinly sliced
