Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb uncooked shrimp, tail on
1 can(s) beer

1 medium onion, minced
4 Tbsp butter
2-4 oz hot sauce (i suggest frank's red hot)
2 pkg goya con azafran

  • Serve the shrimp with rice, vegetables, or your favorite side dish.
  • Garnish the shrimp with chopped cilantro or parsley for a pop of color.
  • To make the dish spicier, add more piri piri peppers or cayenne pepper.
  • For a milder dish, reduce the amount of piri piri peppers or cayenne pepper.
  • You can also adjust the amount of garlic and lemon juice to your taste.
  • If you don't have a grill, you can cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Be sure to cook the shrimp until they are pink and opaque.
