1 teaspoon olive oil
4 slices turkey bacon
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup egg whites
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Steps:
