Nutrition Facts :

Tips:

  • Use fresh spinach leaves for the best flavor and texture.
  • If you don't have dried cranberries, you can use raisins or chopped dried cherries instead.
  • To toast the pine nuts, spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • For a more flavorful dressing, use a balsamic vinegar that has been aged for at least 5 years.
  • If you're using a food processor to make the dressing, be sure to pulse it only until the ingredients are combined. Over-processing will make the dressing too thick.

Conclusion:

Spinach salad with goat cheese, dried cranberries, and honey-balsamic dressing is a delicious and healthy salad that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The spinach is packed with nutrients, the goat cheese adds a creamy richness, and the cranberries and honey-balsamic dressing add a touch of sweetness and tang. This salad is sure to please everyone at your table.
