2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400.

1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
¾ cup white sugar
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Steps:
