6 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
mint sprig, for garnish

3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

Toss strawberries with the black pepper, add the balsamic vinegar, and put the strawberries and all of their juices into a large saute pan or a large ovenproof dish.
