Recipe is from Taste of Home's April/May 1999 edition. They call it a "cake", but there is no flour or cake mix. . .definitely more of a light dessert!!! This is delightful and perfect for spring/summer picnics and parties. Young and old alike love this one! NOTE: Cooking time listed is actually chill time in the fridge, not actually cooking time since this is a no bake recipe.

- Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar; press into an ungreased 13in x 9in x 2in dish. Chill for 1 hour.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter, confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over the crust; chill for 30 more minutes.
- Layer with bananas, then ineapple, then strawberries.
- Carefully spread on Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Chill until ready to serve.

- 1. Pour Glaze in Mixing Bowl. Rinse Container out with 1/4 Cup water. add to the Glaze. Mix til Well blended.
- 2. Slice Your Bananas in to Your Bowl. Pour Glaze over. Toss to Coat Well. Cover and Chill in refer for Several Hrs til ready to serve. TIP: Can top with a dollop of whipped Cream.
- 3. OPTIONAL HOME MADE GLAZE SAUCE: 3 lbs Strawberries, (should be 3 Cups Liquid Berries) Sliced and Placed into Blender, Pulse to Chop well, Pour all ingredients into Med. Sauce pan, Add 1/2 Cup -3/4 Cup Sugar to Your Taste Add 1/4 Cup Cornstarch, add more if Needed to Desired thickness. Stir, & Mix well. This glaze ahouls be thick. Bring to Boil til thickens, Stirring Continously. Remove From heat. Chill til needed.

Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks, nuts, vanilla, and drained pineapple. Beat egg whites till stiff, fold in. Set mixture aside. Dissolve jello in hot water. Add one tray ice cubes and stir constantly until jello begins to set. Set aside. Cover bottom of 8x10 pyrex cake pan with a layer of whole graham crackers. Pour in sugar and butter mixture. Add another layer of graham crackers. Top with jello. cover with whipped cream. Chill for 24 hours.
