1 tablespoon whipped cream, divided

Steps:

  • Place the rum, lime juice, grenadine, confectioners' sugar, ice cubes, and strawberries into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and top each with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

2 ounces (1/4 cup) freshly squeezed lime juice, plus 1 tablespoon lime zest, from 2 limes
1/4 cup granulated sugar, plus up to 2 additional tablespoons
4 cups (16 ounces) fresh strawberries, hulled
5 ounces (2/3 cup) white rum
2 cups small ice cubes

Steps:

  • Combine lime zest and 2 tablespoons sugar in a food processor. Pulse until combined. Set aside.

1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
2 cups each sliced strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
5 graham crackers, coarsely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. water

Steps:

  • Mix sugar and 2 Tbsp. of the flour in large bowl. Add berries; toss to coat. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Mix remaining 1/2 cup flour, crushed grahams, oats, sugar, almonds, cinnamon, butter, oil and water. Sprinkle evenly over berry mixture.
  • Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.

1 cup halved strawberry
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup rum
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Strawberry Daiquiris: Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve into a bowl, and discard solids. Combine strawberry mixture, 3 cups crushed ice, rum, and lime juice in blender, and process until smooth. (Serving size 2/3 cup).
  • Simple Syrup: Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook 1 1/2 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate until chilled. Yield: 1 1/2 cups. (Serving size 3 tablespoons).

4 fresh rosemary sprigs
EACH SERVING:
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries
1-1/2 ounces white rum
1 ounce lime juice
Whole fresh strawberries and additional rosemary sprigs

  • In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; add rosemary. Steep, covered, 10-15 minutes according to taste. Discard rosemary. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month., For each serving, in a blender, combine frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice and 2 tablespoons rosemary syrup; cover and process until smooth.
